Rachel Sterbenz offers clients a variety of corporate services, including business formation and dissolution, corporate document drafting, contract drafting, legal research, and intellectual property matters.

Rachel takes extra steps to ensure client satisfaction.  She loves learning about new industries and finding creative solutions for you through prompt answers and friendly service. Rachel finds great satisfaction in helping clients conquer their business challenges. While in law school, she served as a Managing Editor for The Urban Lawyer, a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Department, and as a mentor for the Student Bar Association. She also interned for the Executive Director of the Legal Aid of Western Missouri and served on the Executive Board of the Association for Women Law Students. She completed her undergraduate studies at Northeastern University in Boston and her Juris Doctorate and MBA from UMKC.
