Tim Davis can’t imagine a better career than being a lawyer. Every time a case is put in front of him, he loves putting himself in the shoes of his client to understand them and what they are going through. Rather than seeing himself as just another Kansas City attorney, he tries to take a walk in your shoes - this means one day he puts on his surgeon hat, the next an economist’s hat, and the following day he becomes a general contractor. This ability allows him to clearly see the details in each case and craft an argument that takes into account all of the minute details that ultimately make the difference in winning your case. It is the process of learning everything he can about your case that really excites Tim and gets him moving.

Tim’s practice has involved litigation in state and federal courts all over the country. He has also helped many clients resolve disputes in arbitration and mediation proceedings. In particular, Tim has experience with litigation in construction, breach of contract, transportation, payment disputes, insurance law, inverse condemnation, trademark and Lanham Act claims, and workers’ compensation.

Further, Tim’s capabilities are enhanced by his unique experiences over the years. Prior to joining Seigfreid Bingham in 2008, Tim worked as an assistant city attorney for the City of St. Joseph, Missouri. The combination of his current litigation and dispute resolution work and his prior experiences allows him to work cases from a lot of different angles and to see what is most likely to turn out favorably for his clients.
