Shareholders Chris Tillery and John Vering have been designated as Fellows of the American Bar Foundation. This is a peer nominated honor, whose membership is limited to one percent of the lawyers admitted to practice in the United States.

The Fellows include a global society of lawyers, judges, and other legal faculty and scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership to the profession and service to society.

The American Bar Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, independent research institute, recognized as a leading institute for the empirical study of law.
